Bellwood Planning Commission
· Reviews all applications for amendments; reports findings and recommendations to the president and Board of Trustees
· Reviews all applications for conditional uses, holds hearings and recommends action to the president and Board of Trustees.
· Receives recommendations from the zoning administrator related to the effectiveness of ordinances; reports conclusions and recommendations to the president and Board of Trustees at least once a year.
